Born in Istanbul in 1975, Selin Uğurluer attended Sainte Pulchérie Secondary School and Saint Benoît High School and went on to major in Business Administration at Istanbul University. She began her professional career as a corporate event manager in the tourism industry in 1998 before founding Detay Worx in 2000, where she continues to provide professional event, convention, seminar, and meeting management services.

Gözde Özgör was born in Istanbul in 1990. She attended Private Beykent Social Sciences High School, then studied philosophy and human resources management at Istanbul University. In 2010, she started to work on a project basis at Detay Worx. She has served as General Manager since 2014.

Yahya Kavaklı was born in Istanbul in 1970. After graduating from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School, he studied tourism at Çukurova University. Working in the event organization industry since 2002, he has served as Technical & Branding Responsible at Detay Worx since 2016 and continues to raise the bar in the industry.

Erkut Yurtlu was born in Ankara in 1989. He graduated from the Department of Public Finance at Anadolu University in 2013. However, because of his deep passion for graphic design and animation, he joined Detay Worx in 2015 and has worked as a Graphic Designer since then.

Müjgan Defne Şevketbeyoğlu graduated from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Kocaeli University in 2001. She started to study sociology at Istanbul University in 2014 and her studies are ongoing. She has worked as Marketing and Social Media Expert at Detay Worx since 2017
